So far this year, Airbnb.org has provided over 28,000 nights for people in need.

With support from donors, Airbnb.org provided Maile, Kai, and their dogs pet-friendly emergency housing after catastrophic flooding in Hawai’i. This meant they didn’t leave a family member behind and found a safe place to rest for themselves and their dogs.

In June of 2026, Airbnb.org partnered with local nonprofits like Rescue Response International and CADENA International, to aid efforts to mobilize and provide relief in Venezuela.

After being diagnosed with heart failure and unable to find treatment near her home, Fundación Lilo and Airbnb.org found a free, short-term stay for Yaira and her parents. They stayed in a home on Airbnb near the children’s hospital that she visited for lifesaving treatment.
