Airbnb.org is providing free, emergency housing for first responders and people who have been displaced by Hurricane Erin in Cape Verde.Airbnb.org is partnering with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) - UN Migration, who identifies those most in need of emergency housing and connects them to a free place to stay.
If you’d like to help provide free stays to people impacted by Hurricane Erin, you can make a donation to Airbnb.org. 100% of donations go directly to emergency housing. If you’re an Airbnb host, you can sign up to offer discounted stays for impacted residents. Airbnb waives all service fees for Airbnb.org hosts and guests. Hosts who sign up to share their home through Airbnb.org receive damage protection and liability insurance with AirCover for each booking.
